Both VCC and MCC members are eligible to reserve practice ice at Vancouver Curling Club and Marpole Curling Club.

Practice Ice booked less than 4 days in advance can be refunded with over 12 hours notice

Cancellation Policy 30/14 days in advance practice:

• Cancellation and Refund Policy
  To secure a full refund of the total rental cost, all cancellations must be communicated with a minimum of 14 days written notice before the scheduled rental date.
• Reservations and Holds
  To secure your preferred rental times, groups may request holds through our admin team. However, a booking guarantee necessitates a 50% deposit or full payment at least 14 days before the rental date. This ensures the reservation and secures the allocated ice time for your group.
• Rescheduling Flexibility
  Life's uncertainties may impact your plans. If unforeseen circumstances arise, you can reschedule your booking with at least 7 days written notice before the rental date. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred new dates, subject to availability, with no additional fees.
• Adjustments to Sheet Quantity
  Should you need to reduce the number of sheets ordered, kindly inform us in writing at least 5 days before the rental date. A 100% refund will be issued for the reduction of one sheet; however, additional sheet reductions will only receive a 50% refund.
• Late Cancellation or No-Show Policy Cancellations made within 14 days of the rental date will not be eligible for a refund, and the full rental cost will be retained. Failure to provide prior notice of cancellation and a no-show will also result in the full rental cost being retained.
